Personalised Plan

Schedule sessions at times that suit you through my easy-to-use system

We can have regular follow-up consultations (typically weekly or bi-weekly) to finetune strategies and ensure you are progressing towards restful, restorative sleep.

Flexible Sleep Support

Online appointments at a time that suits you means we can work together wherever you are in the world.

During your consultation we will talk about the problems you’ve been having. I will assess your sleep needs, ask you about your goals, and provide feedback and recommendations.

Consultation cost: $150 USD per hour
